Observation

On 4/19/23 you and staff were not following your daily schedule that children are familiar with according to your typical daily schedule. Children were eating snack at 11:21am when the licensor arrived and ate lunch before you left at 1:05pm, went outside to play. Kids were told after outside play they would nap.
